3. Enquiries and Consultations
Submitting a form, message, or request for consultation does not create a contract. Formal agreements are required before any paid services commence. Information shared during enquiries is used only to understand your business needs and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Service Agreements and Payments
Project scope, timelines, and pricing will be agreed in writing before work begins.
Payments are due according to the schedule in the agreement.
Work may be paused if payments are overdue.
Additional services outside the agreed scope may require a new agreement and additional fees.
Invoices should be paid promptly as outlined in the service agreement.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All original work, concepts, drafts, and materials remain the property of AxisVert until full payment is received.
Once payment is complete, clients receive rights to use deliverables for their business purposes.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership beyond the agreed usage.
AxisVert may use completed work for portfolios, case studies, or promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Respond promptly to requests for approvals, feedback, or materials
Ensure all materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights
Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect project timelines.
7. Performance and Results
All services are delivered using professional expertise and industry best practices. However, specific outcomes such as traffic, leads, conversions, or revenue cannot be guaranteed, as these are influenced by external factors, including market conditions and client input.
8. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
AxisVert is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
AxisVert is not liable for third-party platforms, tools, or services used in service delivery.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date remains payable.
9A. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of web design, development, UX/UI, SEO, social media, and other marketing services, all payments made to AxisVert are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a service has not yet started, a refund may be considered at AxisVert’s discretion. Any third-party costs, including advertising spend, software tools, plugins, subscriptions, or platform fees, are non-refundable.
If a project is terminated by the client after work has begun, payment remains due for all work completed up to the termination date.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@axisvert.uk
and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
10. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
11. Third-Party Links
The website may include links to third-party sites. AxisVert is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Users are encouraged to review external privacy policies independently.
12. Governing Law
